Palm Bay Elementary School is a tuition-free public charter school that, in 2025-2026, scored a “B” school grade. Our 3rd-grade students scored 73% proficient in ELA!

Palm Bay Elementary serves students in grades K-5 in Panama City, Florida. Palm Bay Elementary focuses on fostering a safe, caring, and personal environment as the foundation for our students’ academic success. Our learning environment is fun, engaging, student-centered, and filled with opportunities for critical thinking and inquiry.
